1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• Returns are not accepted for innerwear, lingerie, or personal care items due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is damaged or an incorrect product was received.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Mention your Order ID and the reason for the return
• Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your card, bank account, or UPI ID.
• For COD orders, we will request your bank or UPI details to initiate a manual refund.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service for returns.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return request after delivery if the item is eligible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
