1. Return/Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns/Exchange under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Personalized or customized products

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Mention your Order ID and the reason for the return
• Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned original product with our safety seal.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your card, bank account, or UPI ID.
• For COD orders, we will request your bank or UPI details to initiate a manual refund.

5. Return Shipping

• We will arrange and cover the cost of return/exchange shipping.
  The customer is required to securely pack the product in its original packaging. Our courier partner will pick up the parcel from the same address where the order was delivered..

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return request after delivery if the item is eligible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect product.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened. The video must be continuous (uncut) and clearly display the parcel label.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
